Susan Hencey has been with Western Dakota Insurors since 1984. During this time, she has been an agent and shareholder along with many other responsibilities. Susan holds the highly regarded designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Susan's attainment of the CIC designation is an outstanding indication of her high professional level of insurance comprehension and proficiency.

​Susan is very active in the community. She has served as the President of the South Dakota Independent Insurance Association, has served as President of the Rapid City Independent Insurance Association, and is currently on the Rapid City Regional Hospital Foundation Board and the Rapid City Chamber Board.
