Requirements
Active South Dakota Property and Casualty Insurance license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management
High School diploma is required, post-secondary degree is preferred.
Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
- Proficient in insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and effective time management
Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle policy renewal, endorsements, and other service tasks efficiently and accurately
- Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the commercial lines market segment.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze risks associated with commercial accounts, recommend appropriate coverages, and provide risk management advice to clients.
- Account Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
