Carol has been in the insurance industry since 1981. She is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance.  She holds two insurance designations - Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite) from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research (a leader in transformative learning resources for risk and insurance professionals) and Associate in Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes (a leading provider of global risk management and Property & Casualty Insurance Education).  The CISR Elite designation is bestowed upon CISRs who have taken their commitment to an even higher level having completed four additional courses and examinations beyond the five courses required to earn the CISR designation.  Both designations mark a well-rounded education with a depth of knowledge and exceed all state continuing education requirements.  Carol is an avid outdoors enthusiast.  She loves kayaking, paddle boarding, boating as well as hiking or walking with her beloved golden doodle, Naala. Carol is currently serving as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
